Establish a sense of uncertainty around a story whose cover line suggests an unresolved past. The design introduces atmosphere before explanation.
The direction.
A layered portrait and coastal landscape connect a human presence with an unsettled setting. Muted colour and shadow hold the composition together.
The design.
The light serif title anchors the lower cover against a dark field. The smaller cover line remains secondary, while the overlapping imagery sustains the sense of ambiguity.
